In the residential market we complete full structural surveys on behalf of clients in the process of purchasing a property. If you are in the process of having an extension designed we can complete the architecture, structural engineering and also submit for planning and building control approval on your behalf. If you do not want the full service we can provide advice and design of the above to suit your requirements.

We also have a wealth of experience in surveying and repairing buildings that are in or close to a dangerous condition. We have completed this task on a number of occasions, including cases where parts of buildings have collapsed and we have assisted clients when they have had a dangerous buildings notice from the local authority. In these instances we usually complete a survey, define any remedial works required and assist in implementing the remedial works.
